Reservation problems

A potential guest asked for certain dates, I pre approved them, now she is unable to book it, showing not available on calendar even when I clicked it off.

She can only book when the dates are available and also not (partially) reserved by pending booking request. BTW What do you mean by "I clicked it off" ?

@Kevin1285 If you mean the dates show as available on your calendar, but unavailable to the guest, there have been many reports here of this glitch in the past couple of weks. You'll need to contact Airbnb and you might also letthem know that other hosts are reporting this bug- it's not just a problem with your account.
