A guest is trying to book our flat but seems to have a problem with the verification. When he tried to send verification of his pasport it did not work. He tried again with a drivers licence and it did not work again. Every time it goes wrong with the scanning of a foto.
Does anyone know how to solve this? Is there a telephone number (preferrably in the Netherlands) of Airbnb where the guest can ask advice?
Guest has to return to airbnb. Takes 24 hours to organize the verification. it's up to you if you keep your place reserved for the guest. I always do. Just a bit service! Marielle
