Reservation request

Hi Community,

I have been receiving reservations from individuals and I don't feel comfortable with the people that want to stay at my place. How can I review the booking before it goes through? I don't want to be canceling on guests after they have reserved. Thank you in advance.

If you have Instant Book turned on, turn it off and then guests will contact you first and you can talk to them to find out more about them, their plans and why they chose your place.

Why don't you feel comfortable with the people who want to stay with you?

IF you have a preference for guest type then its safe to mention it on your listing.

AS long as they pay thru airbnb and they give you proper identification before checkin, i dont see any problems.
