Wrong availability on my listing

Hi all, 

I had my calendar up to date with my availability but suddenly got a booking from someone on dates that I had blocked. I am pretty sure there was a glitch in the Airbnb system because I had not made those dates available. Has this happened to anyone? How can I contact Airbnb directly?

Hi Eva,

Yes, the calendar can sometimes be a bit glitchy. I've had dates that I thought I had made available only to discover a day later that they were blocked the whole time!

Try calling Airbnb directly, you can Google their phone number for your country.
