Reservation requests increase but no actual requests coming through

My numbers for the monthly summary show that reservations request number keep increasing but I am actually not getting any request messages. Just need to make sure the messages just aren't coming through or there are no actual requests and numbers are a little bug.

This is a known issue on the app right now on both Android and iOS.  Please do not pay attention to those stats as Airbnb are working to fix the issue.  Please rely on the stats via the website using a computer or laptop.

This has been a known issue for over a year. Why is it taking so long to fix and why are they still listing stats if they are incorrect, particularly without telling people?

Hi. I am new to the community.  I have had no reservation requests within the last few weeks, yet Airbnb says that I am not responding to reservation requests.  I use my apple phone, not a computer or laptop, for all communications.  I wonder if that’s the problem? Thanks
