Hi Airbnb,

I have just received the reservation with code number: **** and I can’t understand why this guest can book my listing although I blocked it on April 27th. Could you please help me to check whether is it from system faulty? Thank you and look forward to receive your response asap

@Ly23 this is a community forum for Airbnb hosts & guests. It is not Airbnb customer service. You will need to contact Airbnb customer service via phone, message or twitter to get it resolved.

And there are other conversations on the forum about a known bug that lets guests book blocked dates, so Airbnb should cancel it for you without penalty.
