Reservations - guest reports unable to book available dates

Hello!

I'm a host and a potential guest is reporting that they are unable to book available dates. I pre-approved their inquiry but potential guest is still reporting that the link tells them nothing is available. Any tips?

@The-Guild0  hi, I had the same problem since July27. When guests see my dates, it appears available on the caledanr but, when they select the dates, they shows unavailable. I contacted Airbnb Customer Service more than 20 times and they couldn't figure out the trouble. 

So, I unlisted, I have wait a couple of days and I relisted. The trouble persists. Everyday, after 3pm, my list isn't available despite it is available. So, since July 27 nobody could booking my list after 3pm.

My sensation is that someone hacker my Airbnb account.

 

Either my Custom rules were changed without i move one finger. I reset many times but, the day after it is changed again.

 

Nobody else in my family have my email, password or access to my Ipad.

Get them to call Airbnb @The-Guild0  and call Airbnb yourself to report the issue.
