Reservations

Hi There 

The last 2 x reservations we received were automatically accepted? (without conformation from me the host)

Does anyone know how/why this happened? Is there a feature I have turned on by accident?

@Inez25 You need to turn Instant Booking off. Follow the instructions on the link below on how to do it

Same thing as Ana, you more than likely have instant book turned on which allows a guest to book without your approval. If you would like more control on the booking requests received, I would advise changing to request to book.
