hello! I have not many guest reservations. what can I do for more booking to my property?

I see you have very nice and newly renovated house to rent but your listings are miserably done.

first of all you need quality, professional photos in your gallery. Straight , sharp, well lit photos, not hanging sideways like shoot by a drunk man 😄

your first listing shows a bathroom with a sink but there is no shelf or a cupboard to put cosmetics on it. It shows  the toilet but where is the shower or a bath tub? Do you have any? If you do then show it. If you don't then you should explain your guests how and where they can take a shower.

In your second listing you are trying to rent a room with a photo of 2 chairs infront of the door and the house from outside ?!? Really ? 😄

And you should really work on your listing description. I see you just used Airbnb template and that's far from enough for your guests to get a confidence and book.
