On a occasion, I request additional fees from guests and typically they have no problem finding my request and making the payment. However, I've had a handful claim they haven't received a notice/request for payment. In this case, I always ensure my reuqest is pending in the Resolution Center. I've never received a payment request as a guest; so, what guidance should I provide for finding the payment request and steps for making the payment. I assume everyone receives an email about the request, but rather than refering to email I'd rather direct guests to the right place on airbnb. Side comment: why is this request not presented in a guest's Inbox like all other communication. This matter is just as frustrating as the difficulty in getting to the Resolution Center to check on existing and/or previous request - there should be an obvious tab on the Dashboard!
