Resolution Center Tab

Over the past 4 years, I have struggled with finding the path too the resolution center so that I may keep track of payments not yet paid that I requested from guests. I don't understand why there is no tab for this on the home page or in my host menu and why the treasure hunt expedition. What has come to mind is that this tool is not readliy availbale to keep its usage to a minimum. Maybe I'm being a bit assuming but I can't think of any other reason. Does anyone else feel the same way as I do? And if so, please make a comment so that the powers that be can possibly make an update that provides easy one click access to the tool.
