Hello can anyone please HELP!!!
A few weeks ago I had to cancel a reservation within less than 24 hours due to an issue with live vermin and vermin droppings in the kitchen, dining room table and living room. The place was not in good condition for someone to stay in and unsafe. Unfortunately the host declined to give me a refund and even admitted she had a rodent problem. I had to take it to the next step and involve Airbnb as well as going through the resolution center. I sent them plenty of evidence of the rodent feces and a nest near the kitchen area. I've contacted the resolution center several times over the phone but no luck in hearing back and it's been 3 weeks! The only thing they've sent was an email saying "thanks for reaching out to us we'll get in touch with you soon" which was 7 days ago.
It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back!
Any ideas on how to expedite the issue with Airbnb? I've usually have wonderful experiences but I'm disappointed in the service and how this has been handled.
