Resolution payout delays

Guest agreed to pay the $500 I requested for damages to mattress 3 weeks ago. Airbnb has still not forwarded any money to me. What is taking so long?! One day they're saying there was a random "security hold" on the payout, and then another day they are saying "we've escalated the matter" and another day "you should see funds within 24 hours". There is no phone number for this department, and 2 separate Case Managers have been assigned, the last of which has ignored my last 3 emails and has not responded to me in 5 days. This is a total nuisance! With Uber, if a guest pukes in your car, the company pays out the damages no questions asked, but Airbnb will allow people to piss in your bed and no worries!
