Resolution payout for resolution 15850586

Dear partner,

We had a problem with the guest of the reservation number : HMAPDPXKQ2 under the name of Lee Wheelwright. 

The guest checked out without paying for the extra (minibar and breakfast) for a total of 79.50€. 

We opened a complain about this issue and apparently the guest made a payment of this amount to airbnb under the reference 15850586. The payment is still pending since October 31st and we would like to know why it hasn't been given to our account yet.
