In the Help Centre, if you send a message via "Resolve Issue", you get a nice message:
We’re currently working on your case, and a member of our team will follow up with you soon. Thank you in advance for your continued patience.
Then it tells you what case it is, and that it has been updated X minutes ago.
Well, after an hour, the timer resets! No one has followed up with me 'soon', but my case has been 'updated' exactly every hour since I posted it.
How long have people waited for a team member to follow up?
