Respond to Guest Inquiry

Everytime I reply to a text from a potetnial guest, I get an error message saying my phone number cannot be given out as it is registered to multple accoutnts, or something close to this.  I am only able to respond from my computer. What do I do to fix this?

Hi @Monica332 You'll need to respond using the Airbnb messaging system (desk top or app) and not phone text. The text phone numbers assigned are not the actual phone numbers of the guests - you can tell by the area codes - you'll be able to text using your phone once the booking is confirmed and you have the actual guest cell phone numbers.
