Response Rate

Hi friends,

We just starting hosting and we are ultra-focused on responding to every message and request from guests. There’s not been a message go without reply within an hour. Despite that, my response percentage is showing 0%. Am I doing something wrong? Will it update after the guest finishes their stay? Please inform.

@Emily533 it does take some time for the "Progress" statistics to update, so that could be an explanation.

 

Obviously if you responded to even *one* message, you would not have a 0% response rate.

 

You can contact Airbnb support about this (to see if there is some glitch with your account), but do we aware there can be delays of several days with the "Progress" statistics.
