Response rate and payment

I have responded within few mins of getting a request, but my response rate is 0!! how is this possible? and how do I add the payment method?

Ah, @Hasti0 do you know the difference between responding to an Inquiry vs a Reservation Request?  With an Inquiry all you need to do is respond to whatever question the guest has, send a Special Offer or Pre-Approve.  With a Reservation Request, you must Accept or Decline, not just respond with a message.  You can learn more from this help article:
