Response to private feedback

I responded publicy to a private feedback from a guest so now it's posted on my page under their review. Is there a way to delete it or switch it to private?

As a host, how do I send a private response to a private feedback?

I used to be able to respond to private feedbacks but the system does not give that option anymore. They should allow us to do that.  We have opted to message them through the IN box if it's an issue that needs to be addressed.
