Hello airbnb,

I'm a valued superhost with great reviews. Recently a guest threatened us of a negative review in exchange for money, both on the airbnb chat and via message. Sadly the customer service representative that dealts with the case seemed very imcompentent and doesn't understand that there was a clear review manipulation. We are escalating this to the airbnb community to make sure the team at airbnb can deal with this and with the incompentent customer service representative that's dealing with.

Very frustrating especially when the guest threatens you in your face.

Anybody else had similar issue with incompentent customer service?
