Reversing payments made to online provider

Hi, I recently received my payout via payoneer however it's not reached my supplier to day it's now a week! I had a chat with them and they suggested I have the payments reversed. Anyone with an idea how to go about the reversal? I need the payments to go back to Airbnb then get them transfered to a bank account directly. Thanks
