Review Average

Good Afternoon,

I have 3 units that are listed on air bnb in my home. The air bnb review average listed doesn't match the actual average that I calculate. For example, unit #1 has an air bnb average of 4.68 and when I do the calculation the average is 4.86. On unit #2 the air bnb average is 4.74 and when I calculate the average is 4.88. 

Has anyone experienced the same thing or is there anything that I'm missing?

@Erin-and-Dan0  How are you calculating the averages? Are you aware that the overall average isn't an amalgam of the individual ratings for cleanliness, accuracy, etc?
