Does anyone know what 'review rate' means on the superhost requirments page?

A percentage of the number of guests who leave a review out of the number of guests you actually have.  I believe the minimum is 50% - meaning at least half your guests need to leave reviews.

I've had 4 out of 5 renters leave a review but my review rate is 0%. Does the figure take a while to update?

My first guest came and reviewed me and I reviewed her. It shows up on my listing, but my review rate is 0%; strangely, right above it, it shows my 5-star trips is 100% (my guest reviewed me 5 stars).

 

I'm confused about this as well. Someone know what this is about?

@Annabelle---Christian0  Airbnb sometimes takes a little while to update their stats.  They often lag several days.  Be patient!

@Cynthia-and-Chris1: Ah, I see. I saw @Andrew264's response above saying he had 4 of 5 people leave reviews but still had 0%, that's why I asked. It's only been a few days since they left so I'll just wait to see what happens! Thank you!

Unfortunately no. I'm hosting my 4th person, with three 5-star reviews in my listing -- my review rate still shows 0%.

 

Maybe they only update this quarterly when Airbnb awards Super Host status? -- just a guess.

I am having the same problem - 4 out of 5 have reviewed but I have a 0% review rate - did the problem ever resolve on your end?  Thank you!

Same here. I'm a bit concerned because I really want the superhost status. Don't want to wait another three months.

Also having this issue after 2 recent reviews and just starting hosting.  My last two stays both left 5 star reviews but my review rate is 0% while all other stats have updated.

Same here. Have had 2 guests, and 2 reviews (both 5 stars) but the review rate is still at 0%.
