Different payout amount

Hello everyone, 

I had someone who stayed at mine for two nights, however i only received one night payout from Airbnb. Did anyone experience it and how did you solve it ? As I have been looking for contacting Airbnb accounts but found none, and I did not want to request money from the guest yet since I was not sure whether the issue was made by Airbnb accounting team or the guest. 

Much appreciated if anyone can share their experience.
