Sending special offer to 2 location

I have a guest arriving tonight and he would like to stay 2 nights at location #1 and then move to location #2 for the next two nights.He has booked all four nights at location #1.  How do I transfer or send special offer for location #2?

You cannot.  This is actually seen as 2 separate reservations.  You can amend the first reservation to only be for the first 2 nights and they will need to send a reservation request for the other location for the last 2 nights.  Special offers can only be sent to inquiries, not to confirmed reservations.  If you want to offer them a special price for the second location, have them send an inquiry so you can send a special offer at the agreed price.
