Review information completely missing for a completed stay

We were recently guests at HABITACIÓN CON PISCINA EN CASA HISTORICA in Cartagena. My wife recalls leaving a review, but we had three short stays on this one trip, so she is not certain. There is no review listed on the review page, nor is there a reminder to write a review, nor is there any evidence of having received an email to write a review, nor is there any review about us from the host. The last email that we received was a reminder that our reservation was near.
For those three stays on that trip, we did submit a review for one, and received a review from our host, so it appears completely normal. For the third stay, we have not submitted a review because there was a problem with the accommodation, which the host addressed by immediately finding us an alternative.
Can anyone explain the above missing review?
Thanks in advance.

Also, I would like to add the following feedback, and welcome any comments:

While trying to find information about reviews, I encountered the following:
When in host mode
 - the drop down menu from our image contains "Profile"
 - reviews include only those for our listing as hosts
 - drop down menu includes a link to switch to traveling mode
When in travel mode
 - the drop-down menu from our image contains "Edit Profile". This is misleading since I did not want to edit our profile, just find the review page.
 - the reviews listed here include both host and travel reviews
 - the drop down menu does not have a link to switch to host mode. This has to be initiated by clicking host on the menu bar.

The above is just an example of the many navigation issues and inconsistencies that I find on the Airbnb website. Perhaps I am being overly critical, but for a site that has been in existence this long, I would expect much better ease of navigation and consistency.

@Cleta-And-Len0  If 14 days have past since you left a review for the first host, then there is a problem if you know you wrote a review.  If it is still within 14 days, the host has that time frame to write a review.

Thank you for your reply.
First of all, I was wrong about my email search. I was searching for the title of the listing, not the name of the host.

The fact that there is no prompt to submit a review for that host likely means that my wife did submit a review, but when the initial email search came up empty, along with the fact that the review was not displayed in your reviews, I thought there may be a problem.

I still do not fully understand the review process.
The help page for reviews states:
"You can edit your review for up to 48 hours, unless your host or guest completes their review."
So now my understanding is that the review would be shown in your reviews for 48 hours, and then disappear. I am still not clear what happens after 14 days, but your reply implies that it should appear again, or earlier if the host submits a review.  If that is true, it is certainly not explained very well on the review help page.
