I have 3 reviews completed by guests but when you look at my listing it says it has 2 reviews. When you click on it to read them 3 show up. So why is it only saying there is 2? Also i still have no stars showing?
I dont know if it's got anything to do with getting 4 stars for location? I have a message from airbnb saying that i have recent low ratings for location! What would airbnb like me to do? Pick my flat up and transport it to another part of edinburgh? If i could do that i wouldnt be charging what i do!! Which i think is ridiculous considering there is a map on the listing. I very clearly state to walk into town takes about 35 minutes. I can see from reading other posts on here people have had issues with location - i think it's so unfair that people can mark us down on this when they can clearly see the loaction on a map! If guests want to be in the hustle and bustle then they should put their hands in their pockets and fork out for it. My flat is probably cheaper than a hostel if 3 or 4 people are staying there! It's hard not to get bothered by it - but I suppose this is what it's like working with the public!
Nothing to worry about. Your reviews are OK (only counting seems to be a problem for airbnb computers....) and you are a superhost !
"Location" is a subjective experience, at least physically impossible to change it, so it is what it is. Messages from airbnb are sent automatically by a computer, so don't see it as a personal offence. In your statistics you can find details related to the reviews.
