Hi, I had had a review of 3 stars from a customer with this motivation: "You give me the cheap one next time" and I received the warning email of account suspension I think this review is absolutely inapropriate because it's the customer that choosed and reserved the room therefore it's not my error or something else. I replied at the customer but I have a bad score for that: is it possible to cancel this stupid review, please? Thanks a lot for your help
