Hi, I just finished a trip with airbnb, We were 2 guests but it’s my friend who booked it through his account while I was added as an invitee. But we were both guests. He recieved a review from the host but I didn’t, is this normal? Shouldn’t we both recieve reviews? How does it work... thanks
Hi @Wissam1
Only the guest who made the reservation on their account can review the host. It would be best to share your feelings with the fellow guest and they can include this in their review.

The host has no obligation to review at all, and certainly none to review anyone other than the guest who booked. There would be nowhere for the host to review you anyway, even if you have your own airbnb account. The host has no access to post a review to anyone but the booked guest. The host could, however mention you in the booked guest's review, if they choose to do so.
Thanks guys... basically I think it’s a little unfair since my friend and I basically both stayed at the apartment, both communicated with the host, paid equally, were both listed as guests during the reservation, etc. But because we had to pick one of the two accounts to make the reservation, only one now in the eyes of other airbnb users has a previous reservation and feedback to their name , while for everyone I have zero feedback. If I want to reserve next year through my account, the next host will think that I never used airbnb before. But technically I did, it’s just that the previous host couldn’t comment about it. No big deal but I feel for the future all guests should recieve a feedback, it would be more representative.
Hi @Wissam1,
I think this would have been possible, when you would have booked this trip as a so-called group-booking.
