How do you view the star ratings each person gave you? One of my star ratings dropped from a 5 to a 4.9 yet I received all 5 stars. I'm assuming someone gave me a 4 star but can't figure out how to see the ratings?  Help!

Hello @Jeanne87,

For "overall" ratings you can see who gave you 5*, 4* etc. There isn't a way to see, for past reviews, who gave you 5*, 4* etc. for an individual category like location, check in, cleanliness etc.

To see who gave you a 4* overall rating click on "Host" and then on "Dashboard" and then on "Stats".

Then scroll down to the "Reviews" section and click on the "Any star rating" box. Choose "4 stars". All the guests who gave an overal rating of 4* will now appear.

The only way to know who gave a 4* for, say, location is to check each rating after each guest, record it, and see if there is a change when a guest leaves a review. You can then conclude that the last guest was the one who gave the changed rating.
