All of a sudden I haven't been able to review my last two guests - I've been a host now for over three years, so I'm very familiar with the airbnb website & app and the review process- Has something changed?- is anyone else having this problem?
@David706, I haven't seen that issue materialize yet. We get a "How did Julie do?" message even before the guest has left. Hopefully it's just a glitch because reviews are, of course, crucial.
I also normally get the reminder before the guest departs- it's been over 24 hours since both guest (two different bookings)- my self nor the guest has been able to post a review..... very strange!
I am currently having the issue that, while I wrote a review for a lovely guest and it shows up in the list of reviews I have written, it does not show up in the guests reviews.
I have tried to email them as they left a pair of earrings and have not yet left me a review.
Very new here, the first 3 guests I got an email telling me to review the guest. 4th guest, no email, text or anything. I did not change notifications. Is there a way to review without the reminder?
