Why is it hosts have to reviews guests first should it not be the other way around ? what if you have a really bad experience and post a review according to experience and then the guest leaves an even worse one out of spite ?

@Vibse0 Hosts do not have to write the review first. Guests could easily write a review before you do. But, in either event, it is a "blind" review process. You don't see theirs and they don't see yours until you have both written a review or the 14-day review period has expired, whichever comes first.
