can a guest change his review after it's already post,

can a guest change the number of stars after it's already post,

How can I know which guest gave us less than 5 stars?

@Rebecca-and-Sean0  A more complete explanation of the guest and host review process is found in the articles in the Help Center which you might find interesting.  In short, published reviews cannot be edited or removed by either host or guest.  If you wnat to communicate with a guest about their review, you can send them a message and ask for more specific feed back that might be useful for your future hosting.  If you want to express your dissatisfaction or disagreement with the guest, don't bother.  You can actually cause more problems than it is worth.  

We all go through a learning process and guest feedback is one of the most helpful tools for that growth.  Another good resource are the hosts on this forum.  Many experienced and successful hosts will be happy to look at your listing and offer suggestions you might find useful.  Good luck!!
