Hello... 

I've received a really fabulous review from my guests, but she wrote it vice-versa... the short message to me is visible on the web to other guests and the long description and really kind and nice words and description as the guide for other guests are visible only to me... 

Who can I contact to turn this review right and to show it correctly? It is really a nice review with lots of descriptions, and also the first one, so it is really important to me to be visible on your engine.

Air BNB does not tamper with reviews unless the review violates the content policy, @Sabrina204.  One thing you could do is write a thank you response to the public review and quote from the private remarks.  Make sense?

Yes, tnx Linda, it makes sense if it's only up to me to deal with that... it would be nice from Airbnb to just reverse the review, as it's very clear that here's a little mistake, but very important for the host... I'm pretty sure that it's not a problem and a big deal for Airbnb, you know... so much nice words from Airbnb, but a little help and communication with a real person are missing here... We are not living of nice words, sometimes you need to do something behind those kind words, where is Airbnb now?!?

I know that when the reviews are poor, Airbnb stands up pretty soon with a threat of deleting the listing because of bad reviews!!! If punishment goes so quickly, why they don't help with praises also?!?

Quoting from the private remark seems like forcing something, it's not nice to bite like a dog bites his bone... I'm just sorry that such a beautiful review is not visible, that's all... and I'm very disappointed if Airbnb doesn't care at all about it...
