Yes, tnx Linda, it makes sense if it's only up to me to deal with that... it would be nice from Airbnb to just reverse the review, as it's very clear that here's a little mistake, but very important for the host... I'm pretty sure that it's not a problem and a big deal for Airbnb, you know... so much nice words from Airbnb, but a little help and communication with a real person are missing here... We are not living of nice words, sometimes you need to do something behind those kind words, where is Airbnb now?!?
I know that when the reviews are poor, Airbnb stands up pretty soon with a threat of deleting the listing because of bad reviews!!! If punishment goes so quickly, why they don't help with praises also?!?
Quoting from the private remark seems like forcing something, it's not nice to bite like a dog bites his bone... I'm just sorry that such a beautiful review is not visible, that's all... and I'm very disappointed if Airbnb doesn't care at all about it...
