How come none of my visitors left me any reviews? I'm a bit confused 😞 I would like to know how can I improve

It helps to be very accomodating and always reply as fast as you can.. before they checkout ask them if everything was ok and if they could please leave a review.. helped me alot

Sometimes guests simply don't review. Try asking them as they check out for feedback and then ask them to please remember to review you as it helps your bookings.

This is the one and only aspect about Airbnb that I am not happy with.........!  I feel that guests who do not bother to review should have the host`s review cancelled by Airbnb after the 14 day period expires. Why should the guest conveniently have a review and the host none? Sorry, it is just sheer laziness on their behalf as it takes only 5 minutes to submit a review. My guests review almost 97% of the time but if they don`t I get very cheesed off and upset because I know they had a great stay as every guest leaves a note in my guest book. We the hosts, rely on our reviews for promoting our businesses. Lately I have noticed that one cannot email your guest a reminder close to the 14 day cut-off date anymore??!!! I go out of my way with a 1000% effort, love and dedication to give my guests the very best stay as I rely on this income to manage financially. If more Airbnb`rs complain about this issue, hopefully, Airbnb will take note and change this aspect of hosting which is not in favour of the host. After all, who generates the income for Airbnb?....The hosts! I love my Airbnb business but this particular aspect that really urks me!!!!!! I wonder is any of the Airbnb team ever bother to read our messages???

A place must speak to my heart and touch my soul!

I always leave a nice positive review about the guest first. It makes them feel good and encourages them to leave one too. Don't be afraid to ask them to leave you a review 🙂

Yeah, try to impress upon them that you wouldn't ask, but you're new and good reviews at the beginning really make your business take off. After you get a few hundred reviews, that speaks for itself, and people don't necessarily even read them anymore.
