List 2 beds if one is a pullout twin sofa?

My listing has 1 King bed and I currently list the suite for up to 3 guests.  The description says there's a pullout twin sofa if needed. However, in the listing I only indicate 1 bed. My question is: Should I list that my listing has 2 beds? Thinking this might help with more bookings (though we haven't had have too much trouble with lack of bookings).

The beds can be really specific, so I don't see why not - select a room two if the couch is in a separate room, and then select the type of bed.
