Richiesta di affitto con residenza

Buongiorno a tutti!

Sono nuova in Airbnb.. ho postato la camera solo 2 giorni fa... e ho già una richiesta che mi crea dubbi...

Una ragazza argentina chiede la camera per 2 mesi per sistemare la cittadinanza italiana ed avrebbe bisogno della residenza nella mia casa...

A qualcuno di voi è capitato? È possibile? Vado incontro a qualche problema?

Do you realize you offer a 69% discount for monthly stays.

@Jeff158 yes I know.. 49% is the discount suggested by Airbnb for long stay and 20% is the discount for the first three reservations. As I said I'm new and I thought to take in considerarion Airbnb suggestions...

Besides the pricing issue @Jeff158 brought to your attention: as a new host better not start with a "long term reservation". It has special rules (type "long term" as keywords in Airbnb HELP to learn more). You can set your maximum nights to 27 nights to avoid such requests.
