Room booking

Good day everyone 

I stay in a 3 bedroom  flat and uses one bedroom, the other 2 are for my guests. What do I list them under? How do I make sure that my clients take note of the fact that there will be sharing the space with me their host prior booking?

@Khayo0 I looked at your listings, and you have no written description of your place at the moment. I would add that as soon as possible. Make it clear that it's a private room with shared bathroom in a 3-bedroom apartment. You have the category selected correctly as private room, but adding a written description and possibly something more descriptive in your listing title may help.
