@Emma61, I suspect it's because the text in the image about emailing dates is exactly the same (even down to the spelling mistake) as other listings that have been identified as fraudulent.

easy enough  just flag it, click other and spell out your concerns.

@Andrea238, @Victoria57, @Emma61:  Yes this is definitely a scam listing.  What the scammers are attempting to do is to get people to communicate off the Airbnb website so they can get the guest to pay by bank wire transfer (essentially by cash) again, outside of Airbnb's system.  Many people, unfortunately, get scammed out of $1,000's with no recourse. 

Whenever you come accross listings which have this in their picture area, use the flag icon to report to Airbnb so they can take them down.  They act pretty quickly.
