I need to open a message that a guest has sent me. It is asking for my mobile number which I can give. Then it is asking for SMS password which I don't have. How can I retrieve that?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you 😉

Sounds very phishy to me, be very wary of people looking for password.

ask them to message you throught the Airbnb App or web site.
