STR in Los Angeles

I know there are rules and regulations on doing airbnb hosting in the LA area believe me I've my research. My question is I find that when I look on airbnb there are tons of people in my area making it work with multiple listings. What advice do you have that supports doing rental arbitrage as corporate rentals in the LA area? Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks.

Are you wanting to sub let multiple properties on Airbnb ? Is that legal in your city?

 

What has that got to do with 'ton of people having multiple listings on Airbnb' - they could be co-hosts or own more than one place.

I want to do multiple corporate leases in the LA county area I'm just wondering if the new rules and regulations goes against it.

Yes the city banned multiple listings. The only way around it is to do 30 day or more stays. Word on the street is that some Airbnb entrepreneurs are skirting around the law by finding "co-hosts" to pretend like it's THEIR stay.
