I know there are rules and regulations on doing airbnb hosting in the LA area believe me I've my research. My question is I find that when I look on airbnb there are tons of people in my area making it work with multiple listings. What advice do you have that supports doing rental arbitrage as corporate rentals in the LA area? Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks.
Yes the city banned multiple listings. The only way around it is to do 30 day or more stays. Word on the street is that some Airbnb entrepreneurs are skirting around the law by finding "co-hosts" to pretend like it's THEIR stay.
