Hello all,
My space is available tonight and the guest scheduled for arrival tomorrow requested a day-early arrival. I agreed and am trying to adjust the dates, but continue to get a ‘something went wrong, check in date cannot be in the past’ message, even though the check in date is TODAY and it’s only 5:30pm.
Any help would be much appreciated.

@Aaron165 You can use resolution center to correct a money for early check-in.
If you use PC in message between you & guest on a top right, click Send or request money.
If you use an Airbnb APP click in Detail and at the bottom is Send or request money.
Yes, I went through that process but was denied the ability to make a date adjustment to make check in *today*, which the site apparently considers “the past”. I may just have to make up another reason for the adjustment since it won’t let me put in the correct date.
