Saved Responses and Check in Link Removed from the App conversations

Hi All,

I use my phone to reply to guests every day. Seems the saved responses were deleted from the App when in a conversation? I also can’t find the little key that would send the check in link to the guests when clicked (within the conversation or message). Are these features gone?

I too lost the icon that links me to my saved messages. How do I get it back?

I see the saved responses button in the phone app messenger, but yeah, the key icon to insert link to checkin instructions is gone. 

So now I’m just having to copy-paste and edit from previous messages to guests. Kind of a hassle, hope they put it back in a future update!
