Because I haven't yet learned how to attach a pdf with directions, rules etc to send to confirmed guests, I saved a message containing those details and now I want to edit it but can't find it.
If I want to use it, that's fine because I just click the "Use a saved message" button, but I can't locate it - grrr, and I can't remember how I saved it in the first place.
I have diligently searched fora and entered all sorts of variations of "saved messages" into the search box but without any luck. Can someone please help!
Many thanks

@Samantha45, if you go (on a pc/laptop) to the message history with any guest and click on Use a Saved Message there is a link at the bottom left of the window that opens to edit saved messages:
To send confirmed guest a PDF go into the nmessage history with the guest and you will see on the left (on a pc/laptop anyway) an email address. Copy that into the "To" field of your normal email program and attach a PDF as you would for any other email.
How does one "create" a saved message? I can see where i says edit, but i can't seem to find where one creates a message to save.
Found it!
Go to any message and click on "Use a saved message". Scroll down to where it says "Save a new message" and take it from there. It's a bit clumsy AirBNB could make it more intuitive!
Good luck 🙂
