Schedule a new photo shoot for plus

Hi

I'm trying to schedule a new photo shoot for my listing (as part of the home report for plus). I keep getting an error message 404 when trying to access the https://www.airbnb.com/fix-it/ page.

Did anyone experience this? AIrbnb support cannot advise on this
