Scheduled Messages

One of my scheduled messages is not populating the information that I have set up.  Example. It is populating Dear (guest first name), which is how the message is set up instead of Dear Gina.

@Leiza1   I would recommend deleting the message and recreating it.  Usually when an automated message does not populate a field with the correct information or remains "insert name here" it is because the field was mistyped, corrected by retyping or is not coded correctly.

 

Redoing the message completely (NO copy and paste) should resolve the issue.
