Search and Listing Results

When I do a search to book in my area, after choosing a set of filters that I know will populate my home in the results, my house comes up on the first page. When I ask a friend to do the same, with the same filters and dates, my listing does not even come up in the results on their end.  Why does this happen?  Please note, I chose available. dates in April.

Why is this happening?

You need to open a window in chrome (incognito) other wise it knows its you. (cookies etc)
