Hello - I can't find hoe to enter seasonal pricing. I found the help file and it refers to a link that is not there, am I missing something?
@Andrew352 You add seasonal pricing under Pricing Setting on your task bar. Go down to Discounts and look for set weekly or monthly pricing. Of course you can also just go to your calendar and enter custom pricing. This is assuming you are not using Smart Pricing. Make sense?
When you enter seasonal pricing it still picks up any other conditions you have in the background ie price for additional people etc - so you may find your seasonal /flat rate price is then more that you have set .
Where is this task bar?
On this path: Listings > Pricing (/manage-your-space/18235573/pricing) you get no seasonal the only mention of the word discount is under the length of stay pricing.
Under calendar you have manage settings which takes you back to the pricing screen.
Not under view multicalendar
So not sure where the link you refer to is hidden. THanks in advance if you solve this UX bug.
Hi @Erik89. Since this post was started a couple of months ago, Air BNB made changes in how the listings are edited. Now you go to your listing, select Calendar, and make your seasonal custom pricing on your calendar. If you want to make changes as to minimum stay, that would be found under Availability, Trip Length, edit mode.
i trust I am not breaking in here to this conversation .
The season pricing model is limited to weekly or monthly pricing from within the calendar. However the seasonal pricing functionality still includes some of background conditions ie where we have extra guest fees.
Seasonal pricing should in our view over ride all other condition set so it reflects the needs for the season - which tend to be different to the every day pricing.
