My guest booked for 2 months and I have received the first month payment. Airbnb sent an email saying they have not collected the amount from my guest. My guest has tried to pay but has been unable.
How do I ask Airbnb to send my guest a new link? Guest is still here and there seems to be no way to contact Airbnb so I can get paid for the second month. Guest is willing to pay but has not been able to.
Once I found out how to contact Airbnb by email they were very helpful and I received the second payment. However, it does depend on your guest working with Airbnb to make the extra payment.
