Security Deposit Claim

Hi,

Asking about the process of a claim on the security deposit.

The toilet was broken during my last guests stay. They agreed to pay for the fix, so no problem there.

I put through the claim with invoice before the next guest arrived as per the instructions.

I didn't recieve any notice from Airbnb about the claim, nor any update on when to expect the payment, etc.

I also can't find anywhere that says there is a claim pending.

Any ideas on where to get this information?

If you look at the Airbnb Help Centre there is a section on the deposit and guarantee which gives you details on how to make a claim @David2063
